Hi Steve, Red Chair is one of our seasonal beers and is only available from January through April. We do not distribute our beer in TN yet, so come January you will have to check out www.bottletrek.com to see about having some sent to your house from Oregon. Cheers, Jason

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for trying track down our Red Chair NWPA for your uncle. Red Chair is our late winter/spring seasonal so it is only available from January through April. Even if you were able to find some at the store now it would be way past its prime and I would not suggest drinking it. Twilight Ale is our summer seasonal ale and although it is very different from Red Chair, it is really delicious, too.
I am happy to hear that your uncle is coming home from Iraq and will raise a pint to him for his service to our country.
Cheers,
Jason Randles

Hey Deschutes!
I was wondering if you know if there is any place to buy Red Chair during the off season that it is sold in stores or online? My uncle is coming home from Iraq in a month and we wanted to have his favorite beer for him when he arrives :) Is there places that sells seasonal beer all year? Let me know if you can assist in my quest for Red Chair during August!

Cheers!

Hi Steve,
Red Chair NWPA will be available in 6 and 12 packs from January through April as our late winter/early spring seasonal. The best place to find our seasonal beers in the LA area is BevMo.
Cheers,
Jason

I love, love, LOVE the Red Chair. You can't be serious about not producing it after April. It has replaced the "snow-covered mountains" pale ale as my favorite beer. I've never commented online about a beer before, but this is important. Keep making it all summer! I trust if you persist with you decision to stop making it, it'll be replaced with something even more to my liking.

Really the same beer? Just got a 22 of the IPA version in a discontinued sale and tasted like a different recipe. Maybe is was the aging?

Seriously though, all my friends want the NWPA year round, why not make the Inversion a seasonal? And let's give Cindercone a longer season, if not year round. Those two blow the rest of the year round offerings away with ease.

They are the same beer, just different packaging. We felt that Red Chair was not quite bitter enough for an IPA but more interesting than a traditional pale so we renamed the style to NW Pale Ale.

Black Butte Porter has been my favorite beer for years. That is until Red Chair IPA crossed my lips. My only complaint is that is a seasonal brew. Several of my friends feel the same way. I think all of your brews are awesome, but Red Chair is the best, by far.
